Delete a device

In order to delete a device you must first disassociate any asset and Sim cards from the hardware device.

• click on admin> client>  devices and select the required device

 

 

 then unassign/set to none the asset and the SIM card from the device. You can now delete the device  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Click Delete

 confirm deletion
