Devices

  • A device is a physical electronic/GPS unit installed on or connected to an asset to collect data, monitor activity, or enable control. e.g GPS tracking devices, Fuel level sensors, Temperature sensors, Dash cameras, OBD trackers, beacons, RFID, keypad (driver), etc
    To add a device,
    Click on ADMIN, and then navigate to CLIENTS.
  • Click on CLIENTS and select the NAME OF CLIENT in the dropdown menu.
  • Click on DEVICES then On your right hand click on the NEW DEVICE button to add a new device.

  • Input the hardware device information in the form as specified.
    • IMEI Number
    • Device Description
    • Serial Number
    • Software Ignition Status.(False or True)
    • Ignition Sensing Override(select among provided)
    • Device Type
    • Reporting Time Zone
    • Asset
    • Sim Card

  • You can also edit the devices row by clicking on the OPTIONS button and select EDIT to edit the row.
  • Also deleting the entire devices by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select DELETE option.
  • You can set as inactive by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select SET INACTIVE.
  • You can also share the device by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select SHARE DEVICE.
  • You can also move to different client by clicking on the OPTIONS button then select MOVE TO DIFFERENT CLIENT
