How do I move an asset from one client to another within or outside reseller

This article gives an overview of how to  MOVE DEVICE from one client to another either within or outside reseller

 

1.  click on Admin>>>Clients>>demo client > devices 

 

 

 2. edit the device by clicking on the IMEI or go to options then edit. select Move Device

 

 

 

 

4 fill in the details  as shown below  then click Move Device button to finish the process
