How to create alerts

How to create alerts

Click on Alerts Tab>>>Create Alert

fill in the following details

a. alert name

b. select the client

c. set the priority

d. select the asset(s) you need to alerts on

e. select the alert trigger category

Refer to the picture below

f. Edit the curfew details

g. select the notification method

h. select the user to receive the alerts either vial email or sms or onscreen

 




click save

 

the alert is successfully created
