Understanding Telemetry

The telemetry view shows all the data the tracker is sending in tabular form.
You can find this view in asset info/ info tab/ telemetry

You can use this view to troubleshoot various issue with trackers
For example, if you see a tracker going offline and then coming back online, you can look at the dates to understand what is happening
There are 3 dates lists
User Date - this is the GPS date, but changed to match your timezone
GPS Date - this is the datetime the tracker got a fix from the satellites (in UTC 0 Timezone)
Server Date - this is the datetime our servers received the data from the tracker (in UTC 0 Timezone)

In most cases, the GPS Date and Server Date are exactly the same or within a few seconds
If there are large differences, your tracker could be buffering data, and sending to the server in batches, you would likely see a number of records with same server date if the device is batching them.
There are other reasons like no sim card credit, or out of cell reception.
