Cut-off/Restore Engine (immobilise/mobilise)

Cut-off/Restore Engine (immobilise/mobilise)

There are two ways: platform GPRS and SMS settings.

GPRS COMMAND SETTING

This works with hardware that supports GPRS commands
Login to with your account on the app and make it work as below:
Go To ADMIN->HARDWARE GPRS COMMANDS-> HARDWARE MODEL and SAVE A GPRS COMMAND
Remember to check Show on Asset Info

Search an asset and navigate to ASSET INFO PAGE->COMMANDS TAB and you will be able to send the engine cut command from there.. from the same page you can monitor the COMMANDS HISTORY AND STATUSES

SMS COMMAND SETTING

Same above process applies to SMS COMMANDS but first you will need SMS gateway setup: Adding SMS gateway and configure SMS quota to client: Configuring SMS Quota

Alternatively you can send a custom SMS/GPRS Command without necessary pre-saving the command

GPRS Responses from the tracker are found in the commands Tab ->Commands History.

NOTE
1. You need to confirm the correct ENGINE CUTT OFF/RESTORE COMMMANDS from your hardware provider before saving and sending them on the platform.
2. GPRS commands works once  a device creates a TCP connection with the server.
